What will the responsibilities be?
— search for potential job candidates based on experience, values and personal qualities
— making the first contact and conducting interviews with candidates, their further adaptation to work, control of their efficiency
— carrying out on-boarding processes
— organization of office work, solving administrative and economic issues (ordering necessary economic/office supplies for the office)
— control of the work schedule of the cleaning master
— working with electronic document flow, managing the s/p fund, developing motivational programs, organizing training and team building for the team, corporate events — fulfilling the orders of the company’s management
— monitoring of interesting construction and architecture events, investment forums
— ordering invitations for the team
— keeping track of team birthdays and festive greetings 🎂
